As the founder and CEO of Stoltenberg Consulting, Inc., Sheri stands behind Stoltenberg's many+ years of quality service as an HIT industry leader. Prior to establishing Stoltenberg Consulting in 1995, she served as a consultant in an advisory service capacity for a major software vendor, managing the roll-out of its new flagship system. At Stoltenberg, Sheri provides strategic direction, executive oversight and service line innovation. As a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and Women Presidents Organization (WPO), she strives to be well versed in issues facing today's healthcare CIOs. As such, she's proven to be a mentor and innovator through endeavors like the Consultant Development Program for recent college graduates and the FlexSourcing staffing model for cost-effective IT support.



Tom Schweitzer, Vice President

Tom has 23 years of healthcare IT experience with 15 years of experience related to implementation planning, staffing alignment, maximizing operational effectiveness and ongoing resource allocation. As the overseeing VP of client relations, his expertise centers around maintaining strong client partnerships, Tom works with healthcare organizations to overcome operational challenges and take full advantage of solutions and/or products to ensure that the maximum value of investment is realized. He has an extensive EHR vendor knowledge and understanding, and he manages key accounts ensuring resource allocation and management, scheduling, logistics, project governance, budgeting and HR oversight to facilitate a comprehensive solution. His focus on individual client needs and characteristics promote a culture for change and IT support, elevating project success. He has a proven track record in meeting and exceeding requirements in all areas of a client engagement lifecycle.



Jonce Smith, Vice President

Joncé has over 30 years healthcare industry and management experience with work spanning the public, private, academic and governmental sectors for acute facilities and large physician practices. With a special focus on revenue cycle optimization and business office transformation, she also provides client services for implementation, roadmap strategy, project management and account oversight. She has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on large complex projects and consistently delivers on time, within budget. With her extensive background, she is responsible for all of our consulting practice's hospital revenue cycle management and healthcare financial optimization work. She recently earned Consulting Magazine's 2023 Women Leaders in Technology Lifetime Achievement Award.



Shana Tachikawa, MBA, Director of Communications

With 22+ years working in healthcare IT, Brandon holds direct experience supporting the full spectrum of acute care organizations as an Epic and Cerner Soarian-certified senior health systems analyst, project team lead, legacy support resource, and service desk agent. In his current Service Desk Director role at Stoltenberg, Brandon leads executive oversight of the Tier 1+ Service Desk, spanning managed services, go-live call command center, clinical application support, desktop and technical support, and multi-vendor EHR and application support coordination. Brandon lends his expertise in clinical systems and documentation into the development of knowledge base material, physician training, and client go-live strategies. He oversees the continuous evaluation, improvement, and development of service depth and capabilities to ensure Epic, Oracle Cerner, and MEDITECH EHR help desk services are effectively delivered with SLA alignment, accurate reporting, and transparent vendor-client communication. Brandon acts as an advocate for client hospitals, ensuring true partnership across their evolving EHR support needs and IT strategic roadmaps.

Shana holds over 11 years of experience working in healthcare IT, along with 14+ years in PR and journalism. With Stoltenberg Consulting, Shana oversees all PR and marketing communication endeavors, while also offering strategic account management support. Coordinated communication initiatives aim to bridge gaps among operations, recruiting, sales and marketing, streamlining company voice. Shana directly oversees the web, content development and business development teams, while supporting communication initiatives for the executive leadership team. Responsibilities include media relations, content development, email marketing, graphic design, SEO, SEM, digital paid advertising, trade show planning, client relations and corporate event planning. Beyond her current role, she previously served as a Professor of Communications and Media Studies and is actively involved in professional groups including PRSA and HITMC.

Kaitlyn holds over 11 years of experience working in healthcare IT. Prior to her current role, she served as a health systems analyst supporting organizations like UMass Memorial Health. As Director of Account Solutions and Development, Kaitlyn provides client hospitals with staffing and operational alignment, along with flexible resource allocation. With extensive EHR vendor knowledge, industry market understanding and firsthand analyst experience, she understands individual client needs for seamless project onboarding, knowledge transfer, and support continuity. She serves as a key liaison between the internal delivery teams and client executive leadership to ensure project deliverables, performance, and expectations are continuously met. Having successfully led hospitals and health systems through legacy support, managed services, help desk and go-live engagements, she delivers project oversight to ensure that the engagements stay on track, remain within scope, maintain effective resource utilization, and enhance end-user satisfaction and SLA performance.
