With backgrounds in clinicals, financials, information technology, and management of healthcare organizations, these leaders understand the vendors, applications, processes, and relationships that will drive success for an organization. On top of their dedication to client success, Stoltenberg's leaders are also committed to bettering our team of hospital technology consultants and the healthcare IT industry as a whole. SHERI STOLTENBERG

Meet Sheri:

As the founder and CEO of Stoltenberg Consulting, Inc., Sheri stands behind Stoltenberg's many+ years of quality service as an HIT industry leader. Prior to establishing Stoltenberg Consulting in 1995, she served as a consultant in an advisory service capacity for major software vendor, managing the roll-out of its new flagship product. She then went on to serve as the first woman on the management team of one of Pittsburgh's largest hospitals. As Director of Ancillary Systems, she was responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, personnel management and systems implementation for the hospital's cardiology, laboratory, pharmacy and radiology support systems, among others.

At Stoltenberg, Sheri provides strategic direction, executive oversight and service line innovation. As a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and Women Presidents Organization (WPO), she strives to be well versed in issues facing today's healthcare CIOs. As such, she's proven to be a mentor and innovator through endeavors like the Stoltenberg Consultant Development Program for recent college graduates.

MARK HESS

Meet Mark:

Mark holds over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with 16 years of experience specific to technology, project, consulting, and executive leadership. In his current position, Mark provides clients with early implementation planning, staffing alignment, maximized operational effectiveness and ongoing resource allocation. With extensive EHR vendor knowledge, industry marketing understanding and negotiation expertise, he can also lead healthcare facilities of any size and budget through strategic IT decisions including vendor selection. His focus on individual client needs and characteristics unites a culture for change and IT support, elevating project success longevity.

TOM SCHWEITZER
Vice President of Client Relations

Meet Tom:

Tom has 23 years of healthcare IT experience with 15 years of experience related to implementation planning, staffing alignment, maximizing operational effectiveness and ongoing resource allocation. As the overseeing VP of client relations, his expertise centers around maintaining strong client partnerships, Tom works with healthcare organizations to overcome operational challenges and take full advantage of solutions and/or products to ensure that the maximum value of investment is realized. He has an extensive EHR vendor knowledge and understanding, and he manages key accounts ensuring resource allocation and management, scheduling, logistics, project governance, budgeting and HR oversight to facilitate a comprehensive solution. His focus on individual client needs and characteristics promote a culture for change and IT support, elevating project success. He has a proven track record in meeting and exceeding requirements in all areas of a client engagement lifecycle.

DAN O'CONNOR

Meet Dan:

Dan is a RN with 19 years experience in healthcare and clinical informatics with positions ranging from clinical analyst to chief information officer. He earned his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester with concentrations in Finance and Operations Management, as well as undergraduate degrees from SUNY Alfred in Nursing and Alfred University in Marketing and Management. His areas of expertise include strategic and project planning, clinical transformation and workflow design and IT management and budgeting. Dan provides clients with strategic and management consulting services, implementation planning, staffing alignment, and ongoing resource allocation.

JONCÉ SMITH
Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

Meet Joncé:

Joncé has over 30 years healthcare industry and management experience with work spanning the public, private, academic and governmental sectors for acute facilities and large physician practices. With a special focus on revenue cycle optimization and business office transformation, she also provides client services for implementation, roadmap strategy, project management and account oversight. She has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on large complex projects and consistently delivers on time, within budget. With her extensive background, she is responsible for all of our consulting practice's revenue cycle management work and leads the financial design and internal development of our three business intelligence analytical tools.

LISA ALKIN-IMHOF

Meet Lisa:

Lisa is an accomplished PMP Certified HIT professional with 9 years of Epic experience and more than 20 years in healthcare. Past roles include Epic team lead, PM, director, CIO and COO roles for medium to large healthcare organizations. She holds deep expertise in health services administration and management information systems, including operations, project management, system selection and design, budget and financial preparation, policy and procedure development, planning, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance for multisystem facilities. At Stoltenberg, Lisa shares her broad-based healthcare experience to expand the Epic service line.
