Investing in the long term

In 2009 Stoltenberg Consulting announced a major donation of $50,000 to the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Education Foundation. Stoltenberg was the first ever company to establish a scholarship for the CHIME education foundation.

The Stoltenberg 25-Year Future Fund Scholarship awards funding throughout the next 25 years to CIOs and advancing health IT leaders to attend any CHIME educational events, including the CIO Boot Camps, Fall CIO Forum, Spring CHIME/HIMSS CIO Forum and LEAD Forums. Applicants must be CHIME members and demonstrate a need for funding.

Each year, the scholarship facilitates a CIO's exposure to peer networking, certification opportunities and innovative ideas to advance his or her healthcare organization's competitive value-based care journey.
