Now hiring an eClinicalWorks Analyst for a multi-week assessment and possible optimization of a client's specialist clinic (OB, GI, Neph/Pulm, Ortho, etc.) eCW product workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Must be heavily technical in ability to maximize product utilization and ensure things like the number of clicks are minimized
  • Solid skills in working with specialists of all types
  • Ability to help show physicians and their offices better ways to use the product
  • Ability to ensure that all functions that can help workflow are being used

This will start as a multi-week assessment, and if there is optimization work needed, it would go for several months. This position will require travel to the client site. Candidates in Arkansas will be given special consideration.

Job Description

Soarian Pharmacy/MAK Consultant needed immediately to assist a client in the southeast with three high priority projects.

Experience:

Must have 5+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Soarian Pharmacy/MAK and Tibco Rules/Workflow Engine to assist in the development of new workflow build and design

Job Description

Senior Cerner Trainers/Content Specialists with CommunityWorks experience needed for a 6-month project. Some work will be done on site and some will be done remotely.

Consultants will attend Train-The-Trainer classes, develop workflow-specific training materials, and participate in the development of integrated testing scripts and assist during integrated testing weeks. While build skills are not necessary, successful candidates will be able to understand obstacles to a functional workflow in the system. They will not be expected to fix any issues/bugs identified—simply participate in the testing and identification of problems.

Now seeking Epic Service Desk Agents with experience assisting and supporting end users with Epic application issues for full-time long-term remote positions starting Jan 2, 2020.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to end-user questions or issues regarding clinical aspects of Epic applications, such as workflow issues, application errors, user access, etc.
  • Receive, analyze and process support requests submitted by end users, like master files and category list modifications, smart lists, text, note support, etc.
  • Create, track, close or escalate incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner
  • Understand client's latest configurations and changes to Epic modules
  • Assist client with end-user support during EPIC go-live implementations

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in an Epic end-user support role or service desk or experience using Epic in a clinical setting for 5+ years
  • Prior experience working tickets and day-to-day help desk functions preferred

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience

Now seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst with experience assisting end users with hardware issues, as well as Cerner Millennium application issues, for a full-time long-term remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems
  • Answer and handle calls from end users
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide daily Tier 1 support to end users on a variety of hardware and application issues, escalating to support teams as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and supporting Epic products (2+ years highly desired)

  • Epic certification in at least one product
  • Completion of at least one full implementation, including workflow analysis, build, training and support
  • Testing, optimization and upgrade experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated leadership
