Job Description

Windows Server, VMware, Storage Database Engineer Consultant needed for 6-to-12-month contract in the Midwest. This is a 100% travel role; remote work is not an option.


  • Perform complex systems process analysis, design and simulation
  • Make key design decisions affecting multiple systems under simultaneous development
  • Ensure specific component designs adhere to the arch
  • Provide day-to-day operations and project support for Windows Server, VMware and Storage
  • Work support tickets, monitor and fix issues, and review logs and system alerts from supported technologies

Technical Skills Requirements

  • 2-3 years of advanced Windows 2003/2012 experience
  • 2-3 years of intermediate-level VMware 5.1-6.0 VCenter experience
  • Background in VMware Server deployment background
  • Ability to develop documentation
  • Experience working with application teams on go-live events
  • High level of troubleshooting background
  • Background working with healthcare IT systems

Epic Beacon Project Manager

Job Description

Epic Beacon Project Manager needed for client in Northeast. The Clinical Systems Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of the clinical and business systems operation projects. The project manager will work closely with key stakeholders and oversee the project by ensuring project status is on track and adhering to defined timelines; identifying, escalating and resolving associated risks; and ensuring overall design delivers the necessary solution that meets end user needs.


  • Manages individual(s) with tasks including hire, train, assign work, manage and evaluate performance or conduct professional development plans. Ensure that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership
  • Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Respond to changes in the business that may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals
  • Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional timeline issues appropriately
  • Lead teams of operational professionals responsible for overseeing application system availability, performance, and enhancements
  • Maintain collaborative working relationship with end users and communicates system projects, upgrades and outages appropriately

Soarian Financials/Data Integration Consultants

Job Description

Soarian Financials/Data Integration Consultants needed for a full-time, 2+ year engagement, requiring on-call onsite rotation. Consultants will be required to be at the client site for the first 8-12 weeks for onboarding, then one week onsite every 4-6 weeks, with the remainder of the work being remote.


  • This position requires inclusion in a 24/7 support rotation with other team members and may require weekend or non-business hour work for maintenance activities
  • Manage allocation of work on support ticket, problem queues, change queues and work order queues
  • Assist with daily problem management activities, trend and root cause analysis
  • Perform system care and feeding tasks
  • Document and oversee documentation of knowledge-based articles
  • Develop test scenarios and perform testing and validation of applications

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of HL7 experience in Webtools, Message Types and Troubleshooting
  • 2+ years of SQL Server 2014 experience in SSMS, SSDT, SSIS, SSAS, database administration, stored procedure scripts and T-SQL
  • 1+ years of Windows Server experience in Windows 2008 R2 and 2014, IIS and Web Services
  • 1+ years of Software Testing experience in RCMCC, Access, ServiceNow test plans

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of and experience in Soarian Financials, Soarian Scheduling and EDM (Document Management)
  • 2+ years of APM experience in Beacon, HostMon, SCOM
  • 2+ years of XML experience and ability to read XML

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift, Sunday through Saturday, to include holidays
