Stoltenberg developed CREATE as a tool to simplify implementation and workflow transformation processes. It engages clinicians in the process-achieving early critical clinician buy-in-by allowing physicians to visualize the future state. By giving Super Users quick feedback, this tool accelerates a project’s Design stage.

The longest and most resource-intensive phases are Design and Optimize, on which CREATE focuses exclusively. Nearly 15 years in the making, CREATE helps streamline the activities in these phases.
