ASPIRE

ASPIRE is an implementation tool that’s based on a process approach to IT activities using the ADOPT methodology. Process - not technology - is the driver for creating organizational change and optimizing operational efficiency. ASPIRE stands for:

• Assessment - Conduct a readiness assessment and prepare a report that benchmarks the orgnization against peers and internal goals
• Support - Develop a business case for change
• Planning - Support the organization in defining its future state
• Implementation - Manage all aspects of the implementation process
• Re-assessment - Transition the organization to its desired future state
• Evolve - Ensure that change processes are in place to continually refine the desired state.
