Simplifying Solutions by Streamlining Processes



Pittsburgh, PA– November 9, 2007 – Stoltenberg Consulting, Inc. sponsored a focus group at the CHIME 2007 Fall CIO Forum held in San Antonio, TX in early October. The company’s session, entitled, “Simplifying Solutions by Streamlining Processes”, focused on exploring ways that vendors and consulting firms can streamline their processes to save time and money for busy CIOs and their departments.

Stoltenberg’s moderators, Sheri Stoltenberg and Christy Rollyson, gave an opening presentation that covered the rapidly changing IT marketplace and discussed the difficulties of meeting strategic goals in an environment that includes aggressive timelines, small budgets and limited resources. “Our goal was to engage experienced healthcare CIOs with the purpose of gaining insights that would help us evolve as a company and be better prepared to meet the ever-changing needs of busy CIOs”, explained Sheri Stoltenberg, CEO of Stoltenberg Consulting. “I was very pleased with our focus group’s discussions and the feedback we received from the 12 CIOs who represented a broad cross section of the entire U.S.”
