In 2014 alone, the Help Desk service line addressed over 60,000 unique calls, and today the combined benefits of the Help Desk and Consultant Development Program deliver healthcare providers with more than 25 percent in client savings. The Stoltenberg Help Desk's average handling time is less than six minutes, and the average wait time for callers is 20 seconds or less. The abandon call rate for the service line is less than six percent, and first-call resolution for end user issues averages 85 percent or greater.

The Help Desk service line and legacy services earned the firm the 2014 Best in KLAS award for IT Outsourcing (Partial), while Stoltenberg also earned a second Best in KLAS award for Clinical Implementation Supportive in the 2014 Best in KLAS: Software & Services Report.
