Stoltenberg Consulting proudly announces the celebration of our 20-year anniversary and over 250 healthcare organizations served throughout the U.S., since our company's inception in 1995.

According to the latest HIMSS Workforce Survey, 92 percent of healthcare providers face barriers in fully staffing their environments with nearly one third scaling back or putting IT initiatives on hold due to staffing shortages. Working to combat industry resource pressures, Stoltenberg Consulting has grown over the past two decades to a consultant base of more than 120 resources with an average of 15 years of direct, onsite experience and vendor certifications in Cerner, Siemens, Epic, Meditech, NextGen, Allscripts, Zynx and McKesson.

Our expansion also includes a variety of business consulting, implementation, integration and technical services from interim executive management and system selections to unique service line offerings like financial and clinical optimization, the Consultant Development Program that trains and mentors young HIT professionals and the Help Desk service line, which offers a customized 24/7 built-in support team who can shadow end users for one-on-one user training and fast issue resolution.

In 2014 alone, the Help Desk service line addressed over 60,000 unique calls, and today the combined benefits of the Help Desk and Consultant Development Program deliver healthcare providers with more than 25 percent in client savings. The Stoltenberg Help Desk's average handling time is less than six minutes, and the average wait time for callers is 20 seconds or less. The abandon call rate for the service line is less than six percent, and first-call resolution for end user issues averages 85 percent or greater.

The Help Desk service line and legacy services earned the firm the 2014 Best in KLAS award for IT Outsourcing (Partial), while Stoltenberg also earned a second Best in KLAS award for Clinical Implementation Supportive in the 2014 Best in KLAS: Software & Services Report.

In current growth, Stoltenberg's proactive attention to healthcare providers' needs has also expanded into the data analytics space with recent partnership announcements with Infor and Qlik.
